Durrat Sarsank Company perform the pipeline construction in two welding techniques :

Automatic  welding  technology

that gives high welding quality and high productivity.

Manual welding  technology:

By using manual process such as SMAW and  GTAW or both.

Pipeline construction  capabilities:

  • Welders qualification test (WQT).
  • Site Survey(Topographic & Geotechnical ) works and marking.

2. Piping Network Fabrication and Installation

Durrat Sarsank Company works in fabrication and installation of process piping in deferent materials (Carbon steel, alloy steel ,stainless steel, monel, Inconel , Duplex, PVC,PVDF,HDPE,CPVC, TEFLON) this works comply with the   ANSI 31.3, 31.1, AWS requirements.

Durrat Sarsank Company have the capability to perform the following activities:
  • Design the welding procedure WPS for each (material, position, diameter, thickness and welding process) according to American welding society (AWS) we have software programs in this fields.
  • Fabrication of Piping networks & pipe racks and supports
  • Welding by using Suitable process such as
  • (SMAW, GTAW) GMAW,FCAW)
  • NDT(RT(x ray or gamma ray),PT,MPI,UT)
  • Pressure Testing (Hydrostatic & pneumatic)

3. Mechanical Equipment Installation

Durrat Sarsank Company execute jobs like Erection, Alignments, Testing & Commissioning of Rotary and Static equipment, Fabrication, Erection, Alignments, Testing and Commissioning for various industries in IRAQ.

 

1.Installation
  • Static equipment

(Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, tanks, drums, towers, column, stacks,. etc.) with the required steel structure platforms, ladders, steel frames, Leveling , alignment , connections and  grouting.

  • Rotary machines

( Pumps, blowers, fans, gas turbine and compressors) the work include alignment, balancing,  shafts alignment, belts ,cooling and lube systems ,piping connection,  through specialist staff have good experience in these fields,  the installation procedures are prepares to comply the international code and standards.

2.Rehabilitation and maintenance
  • Static equipment (pressure vessel, separators, reactors, columns (internal and external), heat exchanger, piping , valves and storage tanks and establish proper repair plan as per API (510,570,653) requirements to ensure its integrity .
  • Rotary equipment maintenance including replacing of bearing, seals , impellers , balancing, shafts alignment, belts ,cooling and lube systems

4. Tank Fabrication and Installation

Durrat Sarsank is capable of doing the following:
  • Fixed roof storage tanks built to API-650, sized from 100 M3- 68,000 M3 .
  • Fixed roof low pressure tanks built to API-620; 55 M3 and up. Silos or hoppers for granular products, 200 -5,000 tons.
  • Fire protection water storage tanks, built to NFPA or FM specifications; 20,000 M3 and up.
  • Repair, relocation, or structural modification of welded steel tanks. Warehouse, plate rolling capacity is 10‘ wide x 50′ long plate 1″ thickness capability
Our primary emphasis is field erected welded steel flat bottom. Including all related:
  • Miscellaneous shop fabrication of appurtenant items
  • Internal or external steel floating roofs
  • Concrete slab or ring wall style tank foundations
  • Cleaning & painting required to line or exterior coat tanks
  • Mechanical valve & piping needed to connect tanks to operating    system
  • NDT work and Hydro testing
  • Electrical work, testing, degassing, stress relief, tank strapping
  • Instrumentation work ( pressure , temp, level gauges and transmitter ) calibration , installation and testing

5. Cathodic Protection

    Durrat Sarsank Company is highly experienced the Design, Installation and commissioning of cathodic protection systems for Impressed current and Sacrificial anodes for various facilities

including:

  • Under Ground Pipeline.
  • Tank Farm (Both internal and external).
  • Off-Shore Structures.
  • Substations and Power Stations grounding systems.
